Initially started by N.K.Mahadeva Iyer in 1948, Coimbatore’s Sri Krishna Sweets serves some of the best Mysore Pak (which is their take on Mysore Pak) in Bangalore.

The South Indian sweet is full of ghee, velvet smooth and melts in your mouth at once. The 70-year-old outlet also serves delicious Soan Papdi, Burfis, Motichur Laddoo, nuked Jalebies, Rashogolla and a variety of fruit Halwa.

They are one of the oldest and best sweet shops in Bangalore. With trays of ghee-loaded goodies ready to be devoured, pick up your very own box of sweet treats from any of their outlets in the city.

Often credited to be the creators of the iconic Indian sweets Rasgulla and Rasmalai, they must be on your go-to list if you want to gorge on some soft succulent Rasgullas that literally melt in your mouth.

While you are there, also give their barfis, kheer kadam and sondesh a go. Apart from the plethora of sweet items that this place serves, they also offer a range of savoury treats which are equally delightful.

Every denizen of Namma Bengaluru must be familiar with this name, for this sweet shop is immensely popular for its divine Badam Milk, which in every sense is a concoction to die for! But coming back to our subject of sweets, they provide enough varieties that would get your mouths watering!

Out of the extensive variety, it is their Rasmalai and Jamuns which make for the most sought-after options. Their crescent-shaped crispy golden sweet with a khoa dry fruit filling is also very plentiful in taste.

They also serve some savoury snacks which include spring rolls and dhokla that you can nibble on!

Kartik’s Mithai Shoppe is famous all around Bangalore for their mouth-watering Chole Bhature which is said to be the best in the city.

But that’s not the only thing they are good at, for they serve all the classics from Gulab Jamun to Kaju Katli that definitely deserve to be a part of your mithai spread. From Rasmalai and Badam cake to Moong Dal Halwa and Milk cake, everything on their menu is flavourful and freshly-made.

People who have been visiting this outlet for several years at a row claim that their preparations taste exactly as they did back in time when they first established their shop.
