The interior decoration of the restaurant gives a majestic Mughal and Afghani dining experience. Must-Try Dishes– Hyderabadi Kachi Gosht ki Dum Biryani, Haleem, Dum ki Subzi and Patthar ka Gosht is the signature dish of the restaurant along with some popular dishes like Apricot Pudding, Lamb Biryani, Tomato Shorba, Veg Shorba and Thandai.

The restaurant is located beside the reception of Hotel Avasa and considered as one of the best Pan Asian serving restaurants in the city. It is one of the few restaurants that serves contemporary Asian foods and experimental dishes to it’s guests.

Ohm’s restaurant is at three levels. The interior is designed with the modern and predominant use of glass, bamboo, teakwood, with some miniature paintings and some abstract work. The Oriental touches can be seen in the panels on the walls, and a floral stand with Buddha hair vases, candle lamps, and the use of Narumi crockery.

The menu contains Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Malaysian, Indonesian and Singaporean cuisine, with a separate menu for dim sums and sushi. The culinary creations in the restaurant differ from classical Cambodian to modern Chinese.

Must-Try Dishes– The Japanese dishes, like the Teppanyaki and Robatayaki in the restaurant, are popular among the customers. The Sushi, Dim Sum, Chicken & Prawn Gyoza, Fragrant Pork Roll with Crushed Garlic and Wasabi Prawns will never disappoint you.

They also serve some popular seafood recipes like Ohm Miso Cod and Chilean Sea Bass Dumpling, and some vegetarian dishes like Edamame Truffle Dumplings Grilled Wild Mushroom and Wok Tossed Exotic Vegetables.

Thai Pavilion is the best Thai restaurant in the country. Chef Ananda Solomon introduced the authentic Thai cuisine to the country in the early 90s with the original Thai Pavilion. He had spent half of his life in Thailand to learn and experience its cuisine and culture.

The menu of the restaurant always keeps changing. The guests here enjoy an interactive kitchen in the middle of the restaurant. It provides a private area for couples. Some tables are with sunken seating for those who want to eat in traditional style.

The staff also recommends an excellent pairing of fare with an outstanding collection of young and vintage wines. The recommendation of the staff will hardly disappoint you. The chef prepares all the spices from scratch which gives the real authentic taste.

Must-Try Dishes– Guava Juice, Pad Thai, Satay Kai, Jasmine Rice, Tempura Prawns and Lobster are some popular dishes of the restaurant. Some signature dishes of this place are Pla Rad Prik and Stir-fried John Dory fish preparation that goes well with Thai Jasmine Rice.

For pork lovers, they offer Moo Kratiem Prik Thai Dam and Chili Garlic Pork Ribs. Hei Prad Prik Haeng is highly recommended by locals who love spicy food. The Thai Sunday Brunch is another highlight of the restaurant that offers a 7-course meal, along with the best liquor.

The a-la-carte menu is quite comprehensive too and offers most of the famous Thai dishes.

The award-winning restaurant is located in Taj Falaknuma Palace, which is the former palace of the Nizam of Hyderabad. It is located at a top of a hillside and overlooks the beauty of the city. At the time of the evening, when the Sun goes down and the lights come up, the palace looks breathtakingly beautiful.

The way to the restaurant is no less than a dreamland. It is paved with a muster of peacocks by day and resplendent city views by night. They offer a half an hour tour of the palace for all the restaurant guests at 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM which briefly elaborates the history of the palace and takes the guests around the various rooms of interests.

Adaa is located at the very end of the palace in a small room, which is decorated with great school paintings and Chandeliers. Since the restaurant does not have plenty of tables, one needs to reserve a seat before going there.

The palace chef explains to the guests about the princess’ propensity in a very impressive standard when it came to the food that she used to serve to her guests. The chef talks about some mouth-watering dishes from old Farsi journals.

The restaurant provides two dining areas, one, in the main dining room which is designed with curved mirrors and portraits of the Nizam, and another one is an open-air terrace with a nice view of the city and some classical live Indian music playing at a length during dinner.

Must-Try Dishes– Veg Handi Biryani, Dahi Ke Kebab, Papad, and Garlic Naan are some famous dishes of the restaurant. The carefully crafted, slow-cooked Indian Hyderabadi food reproduces the wonders of the royal kitchens.

Another restaurant at Taj Falaknuma, Celeste provides a beautiful dining area that serves classical Italian and Mediterranean cuisine that appeals to the palate of even the most acute connoisseur. The pizzas, pasta, cutlets and antipasti are prepared with ingredients sourced from across the world.

The restaurant’s entrance along with these lavish modern European dishes, soon become the focus of most visitor’s. The interior decoration of the restaurant is inspired by the Renaissance era, where modern Italian and Mediterranean fare is sprinkled with flavours of South East Asia.

Bidri is the most conventional and traditional restaurant in Hyderabad. It is located in the Marriott Hotel and has an eloquent setting. From the time you enter, the restaurant continues to impress you with its old Hyderabadi ambience.

The pillars are covered with intricate black and silver mirror works, crimson-hue chandeliers and sophisticated tableware. They provide live Hindustani vocal and instrumental music along with Gazals to entertain you during your dinner.

The restaurant offers authentic cuisine of the Royal families from Hyderabad, United Punjab, Andhra, Kashmir and Lucknow dynasties and Awadh with some local Telugu delicacies.

Must-Try Dishes– Raan-E-Bidri and a slow-cooked leg of lamb marinated in special spices are the signature dishes of the restaurant. Miriyala Kodi Fry and Mamsam Vepudu are some Telugu recipes that are very popular among the guests.

The Biryani here, especially the lamb version is top-notch. You should try their Dalcha Gosht and Ambada Jhinga if you are fond of Hyderabadi food. You can also request a set menu if you visit there in a group.
