The veggies provided in the salad are cucumber, bell peppers, lettuce, tomatoes and carrots. It’s a go-to meal if you want to dig into something healthy at IKEA.

By far the most popular dish at IKEA is this Swedish deli, chicken meatballs served with mashed potatoes, veggies, cream sauce and lingonberry jam. If you are visiting IKEA and heading to their restaurant to have some food and leaving without trying out this dish, then it’s a wasted trip.
The chicken meatballs are soft and mushy. The sauce spread over the meatballs is nothing less than heaven with its smooth buttery texture.
The veggies added consist of carrots, corn and sweet peas. The consistency of the mashed potatoes is remarkable. A healthy serving of the lingonberry jam gives the flavor almost like a cranberry sauce but a little bit tarter.
Vegetarians can go for the veggie meatballs options which are equally mouthwatering. We love the little Swedish flag placed on the top of the meatball and therefore the presentation of the dish also gets a thumbs up.
4. Paneer Butter Masala with Rice

The fish is adequately cooked but the whole dish might come across as bland to some, especially if you were looking for something that would excite your taste sensations with the spices. Try dipping the sliced fillet in the tangy Dill sauce and you are in for a treat.
You can have this dish which is a Scandinavian essential for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Another Swedish delicacy which is a must-try.

IKEA has a great menu. Very interesting to see the chicken tikka masala! We don’t have that here in Canada. Although we do have butter chicken and it is yum!
Ohh wow, really nice to see that there is butter chicken in the menu. And yes we agree that IKEA has a really nice menu.
