How to reach the sphinx jungfraujoch

By Train: You can take a train from Interlaken OST to reach the Sphinx Jungfraujoch. Once you reach the Jungfraujoch station, take an elevator which will transfer you to the Sphinx hall. 

Ice Palace

Once you enjoy mesmerizing views from the Sphinx Jungfraujoch, head over to the Ice Palace, one of Switzerland’s most popular tourist locations.  Located 30 meters below Alage, Europe’s longest glacier, the Ice Palace is filled with ice sculptures. Enter the world of Ice Palace which will give you a one-of-a-kind experience where you can look at frozen shapes and ice sculptures of animals such as bears and eagles. How to reach the Ice Palace

By Train: The only form of travel to Jungfraujoch is by train. You will also need to board a number of trains or gondolas to get here. Take a train to Grindelwald from Zurich, making a brief stop in Interlaken. From here, take the cogwheel train to the Eiger Glacier station, where you can change and travel to Jungfraujoch.  

Snow Fun Park Jungfraujoch

One of the top attractions in Jungfraujoch, The Snow Fun Park Jungfraujoch offers a variety of winter sports activities. You can use a flying fox to zipline across the snowy plateau or try your hand at skiing or snowboarding. head over to the SnowBar, which is also part of the Snow Fun Park, where you may eat and drink while gazing over snow-covered mountains.

By Train:

The nearest Train Station is Jungfraujoch. The Jungfraujoch station is not far from the Snow Fun Park. The distance between the station and the Snow Fun Park is only a few minutes on foot.

Grindelwald First

One of the top attractions in Switzerland, the Grindelwald First is located amidst the Swiss Alps, in the village of Grindelwald. One of the best family-friendly spots, the adventure park is filled with activities for everyone in the family. 

While traveling to Grindelwald-First, enjoy the breathtaking views of the Bernese Oberland from the cable car. From Grindelwald-First, there are many routes that one can take that each provides a fantastic experience. To experience free flight and take in the mountaintop views, try descending in the First Glider or First Flyer. To explore the varied terrains around, you can also ride a bike, mountain cart, or Trottibike.

It’s a tremendous adrenaline rush to walk across a 40-meter-long, single-rope suspension bridge at a height of over 2,200 meters during Tissot’s Cliff Walk.

How to reach:

By car or taxi: Arrive at the Grindelwald Valley station and then travel to Grindelwald First by cable car.

By train: You can take the Bernese Oberland Railway to the Grindelwald main station. From there, you can walk along Dorfsrasse to the valley station to board the cable car that will take you to Grindelwald-First.

By cable car: To get to Grindelwald-First in Grindelwald, board a First Railway cable car at the valley station in the higher town center. It takes nearly 25 minutes to travel there via cable car.

  1. It was such a joyful experience to have visited JungFrauJoch in 2010 with my spouse and mom. We took the tram up to the Ice Palace and I still smile thinking about those memories. Switzerland as a whole is wonderful and I so wish to visit again one day!
