We have set up a unit to synthesize sanitizers to fight the ongoing pandemic. These will be distributed in the areas where it’s needed the most, i.e. the markets where the majority of human contact is taking place now, and slums where water is not easily available for using soap. Behind the Scenes
It is the story of two brave boys Shairik Sengupta and Soutrik Goswami from Kolkata, who wanted to make a difference in this global pandemic crisis. They took up a big challenge in making homemade sanitizers free for the people who cannot afford to buy one for themselves and their family.
Mostly they have targetted the areas like marketplaces, where a lot of people come together and might spread the virus without even knowing. They have started distributing their sanitizer bottles for free to the people over there who do not have access to a proper medical facility and need at least basic hygiene.
Well, this is their small laboratory at home where they produce sanitizers keeping in mind the guidelines prescribed by the world health bodies.
Each and every day is a struggle for them. They do not even think of themselves while serving for the betterment of the people in need. Every day they are purchasing all the materials like chemicals, bottles and other essential ingredients to produce homemade sanitizers!
